We are a non-profit pregnancy help center located in Cadiz, Ohio and Moundsville, West Virginia. We provide free pregnancy tests.
Women can visit our Buttons & Bows Baby Shoppes once a month every month. The shops are filled with the essentials for infant care, maternity and breast feeding, and many other items.
We also provide Earn While You Learn classes that teach pregnancy & infant care, parenting skills and much more! When the classes are completed, we buy you a new convertible crib and new mattress or a stroller/car seat combo.
Our Aftercare program gives help, hope and healing to those who have had an abortion-related experience. Confidential weekly group sessions as well as private support. We host two annual retreats.
We also are a referral and resource center serving babies up to 2 years old.

To impart clients with factual and accurate information about prenatal development and abortion.
To restore purpose to women's lives and their children and family, by helping to meet their physical, emotional and spiritual needs through the services of material assistance, educational resources, referrals and emotional support.
We seek to come along beside them to strengthen their lives by giving them a passion and vision, thereby resulting in the strengthening of their family, community and nation.
Our Impact:
Both Cadiz and Moundsville Centers have a great impact on the Ohio Valley communities. The Cadiz Center is located in a rural area and is the only pregnancy help center that offers a baby shop free to use monthly, pregnancy tests, classes, referrals and resources and helps those who have had an abortionrelated experience by providing retreats and confidential support. The Moundsville Center is located in a more populated area and as is true also for Cadiz, provides services to an underserved area. Income information is not required. We serve all ages including grandparents, foster parents and guardians.
